Is 90% Lean ground beefiness good for you
I unremarkably wouldnt ask this question only Ive noticed that its in the Strength Gene Cook book a lot. Obviously its good for protein simply is it skilful for half dozen pack abs likewise?

No particular food is "good for half dozen pack abs" or not.
Eating the right quantities of calories and macros and working out to lose torso fat is what is "skillful for half dozen pack abs". Beef contributes protein and fatty to these macros... but you lot need to read the gummy threads to decide what your total daily macros should consist of.

I swallow a lot of 99/one ground turkey and 96/4 ground beefiness. I brand burgers with macros as lean as boneless skinless chicken chest. Not that fat is bad, only I like to become my fat from other sources.
Unfortunately both footing meats are very bad for me so I volition probable soon remainder in peace.
